No. A significant portion of our client base works with us entirely remotely, including families within driving distance of our offices who simply prefer the convenience. Remote sessions are structured identically to in-person sessions, and clients receive the same direct access to senior consultants. There is no difference in the level of service.

Either Burlingame or Woodside. Both serve the full Bay Area. Burlingame is our flagship office and the primary point of contact for most Bay Area families. Woodside is particularly convenient for families on the mid-Peninsula and in the South Bay. When you reach out, we’ll confirm which office and which consultant is the best fit for your situation.

Yes. We work with families in cities across the United States where we don’t have a physical presence, including Chicago, Houston, Miami, Boston, Seattle, and others, on a fully remote basis. The geographic reach of our remote practice is national.

Remote sessions are conducted via video call, typically scheduled to accommodate the family’s time zone. We work with families across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Latin America on this basis. For international families, we also provide specific guidance on how U.S. admissions committees evaluate non-U.S. academic records, IB and A-Level curricula, and applications from students for whom English is a second language.

Yes. Remote clients work directly with the same senior consultants as in-person clients, receive access to the same proprietary materials, and go through the same consulting process. The format is different. The substance is not.
